This 280 m2 project was created by merging two separate apartments located in the famous “Parc Saint Roman” in Monaco.

The mission of the project – interior design, decoration, project management and full implementation.

The apartment has been designed for comfortable living as well as being a welcoming place for guests. Entering the apartment, a hall leads to a double reception area with different zones to relax and socialize – reception area, cozy TV area, and dining area. The kitchen can be open as well as closed in case more privacy in the dining area is needed. The living area has two separate terraces inviting you to enjoy the incredible views while catching sun or sea breeze.

The master bedroom is designed as a separate unit. The spacious master bedroom has a large wardrobe separated from the room by sliding semi transparent doors; also providing office space and a private terrace with stunning views. The bathroom features a special TV to watch while bathing.

The other side of the apartment is completely separated and contains three en suite bedrooms.

The apartment is designed in Mediterranean colors – ochre, black, beige mixed with warm colors for the numerous wooden details and furniture all designed “sur mesure” by Ekaterina Genia Projects Studio. Metal detailing in both warm and cooler shades complete the material panel of the project.

The exterior architecture of the building in which the apartment is located has a very distinguished style of terraces and the style chosen for the apartments perfectly unites the interior and exterior architecture, naturally enhanced by incredible views from every terrace and window.
