Villa Andrea is located in one of the most sought after areas of Cannes. The house is designed to be a peaceful and harmonious place for a family and comprises a double reception room with open plan kitchen, four en-suite bedrooms, a gymnasium, various wardrobes and storage rooms. The beautifully landscaped garden offers pool house, spa, summer kitchen areas and creatively hides the caretaker’s house.

The house is designed to take advantage of the stunning views from every room. The interior design is based on the choice of high quality yet comfortable and elegant materials such as travertine, wood, concrete, bronze mirrors and details.

Much of the furniture has been designed to create a unique use of space that is both highly practical and elegant – the living area with its discreet wall-mounted air-conditioning units, ethanol fireplace and large TV screen; the Cognac Room with its curved library and beautiful suspension designed by Ekaterina Genia Projects and made by Italian craftsmen.

This exciting and challenging project was completed in just nine months. Day and night teams worked around the clock on site. Rigorous supervision on site and from the office was carried out on a daily basis.
