Villa Happy is a spectacular 2000m2 property with private access to the most unique beach on Barbados, Caribbean Islands.
MAIN FLOOR
The house has been designed as a private residence for a family who enjoy entertaining. On the main floor there is a hall with a spectacular staircase, a huge reception and bar area, a private TV room, a double kitchen and several bedrooms.
UPPER AND LOWER LEVELS
The upper level includes a stunning master suite with separate wardrobes, private office, beautiful waterfront terrace and secondary bedrooms. On the lower level there is a gym and spa area, squash court, games room and music studio.
PROJECT DESIGN
The villa’s design is based on the gentle contrast of warm, intense wood and alabaster stone. The master suite features beautifully designed stone crevices, lit from within and accentuated by bronze finishes.
The other materials used are a range of stones that reflect the diverse colours of Barbados’ nature, such as Patagonia Green Marble, combined with different types of wood, metals and mirrors.
