Villa Sun Set is located near Cannes, France and has been designed as part of an investment project – a one-of-a-kind property for this area offering an amazing 180° sea view from every main area and bedroom. This unique property has probably one of the best views on the Côte d’Azur and has generous interior and exterior spaces.

The main building comprises 150m2 of living space – a triple area of reception, reading and TV area followed by the dining room and semi-open kitchen. The kitchen is connected to the secondary professional kitchen by the DISH lift. On the same floor there are two large master suites and on the upper floor there are two beautiful suites and a master bedroom with two large wardrobes and a 20m2 bathroom.

Every bedroom in the house has stunning sea views and the beds are positioned in such a way as to capture the sunset and sunrise. The three levels of the house are connected by a beautiful suspended staircase and an elevator.

The main villa also has two further bedrooms, a spa area with indoor pool, gym and hammam and a cinema. This Sunset property offers a guest house, beautiful pool area and numerous panoramic terraces.

The house has been designed in an elegant but minimalist yet comfortable way, with the emphasis on the beautiful views and nature that can be seen from every point of the house.

Large openings make the main building a constant scene of light playing with different shades and colours. The interiors and exteriors are designed in light tones, with lots of black stone elements to emphasise specific architectural features and numerous plants. Glass and mirrors are again important in this interior concept, to create the play of light and the illusion of the exterior flowing into the interior. Many wooden elements are used as beautiful floors, furniture and textiles to soften the interiors and create a comfortable living space.
